This 2021, Deakin Residential Services expanded their student accommodation in preparation for post pandemic growth. The goal is to have more students living on campus, and enjoying a comfortable, outstanding quality of life during their days at the Uni.

The commercial project expansion features 32 two-level high-quality townhouses, linked together with relaxing recreation spaces that allow students to form a sense of camaraderie, community, and connection.
